About Us

Dr. Kaaren S. Paras, D.C.

Dr. Paras was born and raised in Madison. She graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1998. She has been practicing in Middleton for 12 years. Her diverse practice focuses on wellness care, athletes, nutrition and challenging cases.

In her free time, she enjoys gardening, exercising, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Ashley Nelson

Dr. Nelson was born and raised in Madison. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in biology. She then pursued her Doctorate degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic where she graduated with high honors. She enjoys working with a variety of patients; however, neurology and pediatrics have become her primary focus. Educating patients on ways to achieve a healthy lifestyle is an important part of her care.

In her free time, she enjoys running, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Becky

Becky has been in the medical field for over 20 years. Her friendly face will greet you at the front desk and help with booking your appointments and the purchasing of our health supplements.

Becky and her husband are long time residents of Middleton.

Terri

Terri has 15 plus years experience in office management. She oversees all office operations and specializes in insurance and billing services. She is friendly and committed to outstanding customer service.

Terri grew up in Middleton and currently resides in Madison with her husband.
